In October 2019, under the supervision of the Arab beekeepers Union, the first edition of the festival was launched under the patronage of the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of trade and industry, the Ministry of Environment and the Council of Arab Economic Unity for four consecutive sessions, and the third edition was also sponsored by the tourism activation authority. In its four editions, the festival proved that the Egyptian beekeeper is able to compete and occupy an advanced position among the beekeepers of the world for his ability to face the various challenges facing beekeeping, cross with his bees to safety, and occupy the forefront in the field of exporting bee packages.
