1 - The antiseptic effect of honey increases by dissolving it in water (only the amount to be consumed, not the entire jar) and in this case, if we add ice, it becomes a refreshing, digestive and healthy summer drink (healthy honey juice).
P.S. Small spoon is equivalent to 150 calories (Aprox.) & tablespoon has 300 calories (Aprox).
The appropriate dose/day is two tablespoons per day. The golden rule “40 Grams for 40 days”.
It is recommended to keep honey jar tightly closed outside the refrigerator to avoid spoilage.

2 - Propolis, “Bee Glue”, the recommended daily dose for the 10% propolis concenteration finished product, is 5 drops for protection against most microbes and can be added to (healthy honey juice).
The dropper (container) should be kept in a dark place.

3- Royal Jelly RJ, should be stored in the freezer below 4 degrees Celsius, or can be stored by adding it to honey - as honey is a preservative element - and therefore there is no need to store it in the freezer, taking into account stirring the honey with royal jelly daily well before eating to ensure that the RG, is completely mixed with the honey as the RG is floating on the surface of the honey (a light white layer).
The appropriate dose is 1-2 grams as a general stimulant and anti-aging.

4- Pollen Grains PG, which must be sterilised by gamma radiation to get rid of harmful bacteria.
It can be added to "healthy honey juice”, yogurt, juices, salad or eaten directly.
The recommended dose is 5 to 20 grams per day as a nutritional supplement.
Rich in amino acids and vitamins.

5- Beeswax (honeycomb) to be eaten with a spoon and chewed as it resembles regular gum.
It is recommended to eat one or two spoons daily.
And keep it outside the refrigerator.
